This is for using Text to Speech (TTS) for reading books on archive
When I am on mobile i can only have speeds between 1.00 or 1.25
1.00 is too slow and 1.25 is too fast

The motivation is to allow people on mobile an easy way to change the speed to something they desire

Proposed solution is to edit plugins.tts.js in src folder. I have tried it on my local machine and it has worked.

It should follow the code practices and be a pleasurable viewing when implemented.
