Domain .sport in namespace (for next major release) #1

The namespace is the unique id of the xsd schema, it cannot be changed without releasing a new version of the schema.

The next "3.1" version may have the new .sport domain.

@EdoardoTona if we strictly follow Semantic Versioning 2.0.0 (https://semver.org/) this probably need to be a major release as this has the potential to break most application / clients relying on and using namespaces.

@EdoardoTona Maybe we next to create a datastandard-v.next project where we can collate and track ideas for the coming versions.

Yes, you're right. Moreover domain change is not so important.

You're right again, I was looking for a place where collect ideas as international-orienteering-federation/datastandard-v3#2 but another repo is better
