PiwikTracker.php file missing

Piwik Installation no longer comes with a 'PiwikTracker.php'-file. Instead you get a JS code to put in every page of the website (File-list at https://github.com/piwik/piwik)
What needs to be in that file, so I can create one by myself?

And if you install this plugin via Composer, then you automatically get all the files you need
