Install prerequisites
Populate database
Configure proxy / plack

Pointers to the Wiki might suffice.

So first I would like to have basic installation documentation. e.g.:

clone from github
install prerequisites with cpanm
setup database (check Interchange6::Schema database manual),
environment configuration files
start with plackup app.psgi/dev.psgi

Also how to add Solr:

install Solr locally (Debian packages are probably still outdated)
create core
run solr_update
