Cross-reference with PerlDancer/Dancer#1081

The auto_page configuration option doesn't work with the fallback route as defined. I've found a fix:

    return if setting 'auto_page';
    # display not_found page
    status 'not_found';
    forward 404;

along with the small fix to Dancer::Renderer as indicated at the link above.
