when use version 0.4.2.c4, write Succ-Ratio is Incorrect.
case:
when use cosbench put an object to storage server, storage server port is not listened, even the driver log Identify service exceptions like "[WARN] [S3Storage] - below exception encountered when creating object object-x at bucket-x: Unable to execute HTTP request: Connection refused (Connection refused)",but the Succ-Ratio is still show me succe 100%.
