Issue 132 is still occuring and polkadot-launch is being deprecated. So move to zombienet.

This solve not the problem. Expected logs "Listening for new connections" oder "Running JSON-RPC" are missing because of #149

I could launch a rococo local network with 2 integritee collators with the upgrade to polkadot-v0.9.27. But I didn't manage to launch a acla/karura parachain to test xcm.

To replace polkadot-launch with zombienet, we need more investigation. I don't think this is the time. Zombienet project is still in early stage.

With Zombie release v1.2.73, I managed to launch a acala/karura parachain and open HRMP channels.
Test: I could send TEER from Integritee to Acala and back.
