[Feature Request] Add ability to specify checks field to required_status_checks

Hi there,

I'd like to request the ability to add the checks field to required_status_checks for branch protection rules.
All that is available at the moment is context which is deprecated and doesn't seem to match status checks to their proper source. With checks, you gain the ability to set the app_id for the check that you want to require.

There is currently an open PR for this addition but it has not been updated in a couple months.
