Cicero has lots of its own jargon, many tables of mysterious values, and so on. An easy way to make this more discoverable and comprehensible is with tooltips. This is especially important since the UI is likely to be viewed by many casual users if it is being used as a CI system.

We have a few but there is no visual cue of them at all.
