Redis plugin overwrites the 'host' tag, instead of using a 'server' tag #331

Unlike the MySQL plugin which uses a 'server' tag to communicate the server it connects to, the Redis plugin uses the 'host' tag, which is rather undesirable as the 'host' tag gets overwritten.
