fix(inputs.gnmi): Bump github.com/google/gnxi to allow Sonic-style paths

This PR bumps github.com/google/gnxi to latest master (v0.0.0-20221016143401-2aeceb5a2901) in order to get PR google/gnxi#304 which fixes Sonic-style paths (containing namespaces).
