Some WSL systems seem to have a curl installed that don't seem to reference the system ca cert chain, you can install or configure one for curl. Other frequent Windows issues seem to be firewalls setup to block certain certificate authoritty chains (ca).

This link seems to go through a number of different windows curl certificate issues and how to resolve them. One of the simpler resolutions to try might be to verify that /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt exists on your system and explictly reference it for curl.

Other workarounds are to use another cli download utility such as wget, or even open 'https://hub.infinyon.cloud/install/install.sh' from the browser, save install.sh and run it directly via bash install.sh
