sanskrit wikiquote is a growing treasure box for sanskrit connoiseurs - see its laukika-nyAya-collection, for example. It would be wonderful to have it available in babylon and stardict format.

dAmodara, since you're an expert in this, would you be able to take this up?

Thanks!

Spokensanskrit.de admins refused to make it available a long time ago - please see here.

Ok. then i will do it in some other way , though it is difficult . at last, their content is also from m.willioms, and other dicts only. so no licence problems i think.

Most of the data is from Cologne dictionaries and they are easily manageable. Can help you port Cologne dictionaries in your required format. Let me know if I can help in any way.

The spokensanskrit issue is more or less resolved - indic-dict/stardict-sanskrit#8 .

But will gladly take you up on your offer to port other Koln dictionaries - there are quite a few we haven't converted. Do you have time to take up this?
