Incorrect display of some characters with caron diacritic

Characters with caron diacritic, mostly vowels, display the caron moved to the right.
This is an issue on the following characters:
Ǎǎ Ǐǐ Ǒǒ Ǔǔ Ǚǚ Ǧǧ Ǩǩ ǰ Ȟȟ

These characters display the caron correctly:
Čč Ďď Ěě Ľľ Ňň Řř Šš Ťť Žž

I haven't designed those letters. They aren't included in the character set and aren't (yet) supported. I imagine that the computer is trying to be smart and combining the unaccented letters with the accent marks on the fly and creating this mess. At some point I can officially support those letters.
