Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

On the Initiatives page, the filters heading says "Search Filters", which may be confusing given the search text input is just above it.

Describe the solution you'd like

Simply saying "Filters" may be sufficient, and it would match the terminology used on the Resources page.

Describe alternatives you've considered

"Filter initiatives" may work as well.
