"Clear All" links on the wrong side in iOS #822

Describe the bug

In iOS, the Resource filter "Clear All" buttons are on the left instead of the right.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to the Resources page
Click on a Topic checkbox
Once the page has reloaded, see the error

Expected behavior

The "Clear All" buttons should be on the right side of the screen, as on other devices.
