Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Multiple references to the word "Learn" in its previous usage (after renaming the Learn page to Resources) still exist.

Describe the solution you'd like

Review all references to "learn tags" and rename them to "tags" or "resources tags" if appropriate, in order to promote consistency within the content and design.

Describe alternatives you've considered

N/A

Additional context

This work would apply to, at a minimum:

  • the CMS configuration
  • Nunjucks and Vue templates for the Resources filter
  • Nunjucks template for individual Resource details
