Curation user cannot open annotation mode

One single curation user cannot open several documents (we tried it with six) in annotation mode, another curation user can open them without any problems. The screen stayed blank and two different error messages appeared, first this one:

And when opening the documents again an hour later, this one:

Opening them in curation mode works.

We tried it with Chrome and Firefox, the issue was the same for both browsers.

I believe this may be a duplicate of #4891 - could you please try INCEpTION 33.1?
