Install requirement on GeoNode causes an error even with GeoNode installed and virtual env activated

Following the installation instructions of the README (installing geonode and activating virtualenv). The current setup.py causes an error.
This line: https://github.com/inasafe/safe-geonode/blob/master/setup.py#L66
causes this error:
Downloading/unpacking GeoNode (from safe-geonode)
Could not find any downloads that satisfy the requirement GeoNode (from safe-geonode)
No distributions at all found for GeoNode (from safe-geonode)

Installation should be working if GeoNode was installed and should fail if the GeoNode requirement is not installed.
