What is the proper way to run pull-review automatically?

What is the proper way to trigger pull-review automatically on all new PRs (without typing /review in comments.) Is it even possible?

it's not currently implemented since, in practice, people usually have final tweaks they push that may change the reviewer selection. this can be added if you think it's useful.

Would be great to have such a feature! I've seen several projects that have this implemented, but they lack other features (one can only assign labels, another one doesn't have any intelligence).
