New package: add orfeo toolbox (otb) package

Hi @imincik,

Will it be possible to add orfeo-toolbox to the current packages ?

I was able to build OTB from source using nix. At present it requires two additionally packages, older version of ITK 4.13.3 and shark-ml 4.1.0 which are not present in nix packages. The ITK version 4.13.3 needs some extra configuration required only for OTB. I'm happy to make a pull request if you would suggest.

Hi @daspk04 , thanks for your suggestion.

The process for adding a new package to geospatial-nix is following:

• add package to nixpkgs first (if not already present)
• pull package from nixpkgs to geospatial-nix
• update a package from nixpkgs on weekly schedule

I plan to add all software maintained by Nix Geospatial Team to geospatial-nix in near future.

I am very happy to provide any help and review/merge OTB PR in nixpkgs.

Sorry to ask but I might need some of your help in the PR. I tried to apply most of the suggested changes during the review to best of my knowledge but I'm still not able to merge it.
