Chicken Head

Describe the bug
Similar issue as Chicken Head#1296. Using the "Turns your head invisible" item instead turns it into a chicken head. My Anamnesis is up to date.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to helmet section
2. Click on choose turn your head into invisible
3. Your head doesn't disappear. However, as far as I can see, there is no fire effect as mentioned in the previous issue 1296, simply the chicken effect.

Repeatability
How often does the bug occur:
Bug occurred each attempt today, including with a restart of both the game and anamnesis 11/23/2023

Expected behaviour
Fully invisible model, as worked in previous versions.

Hello! I know this is an old issue, but is this still happening for you? I wasn't able to reproduce it in the latest version of Anamnesis.
