HOW TO RUN LOCALLY

add env variables or update configs in config/:

• HERE_API_KEY
• DB_USERNAME
• DB_HOST
• DB_DATABASE_NAME
• DB_PASSWORD
• DB_PORT

run scripts:

• npm install
• npm run build
• npm start
