Link _atom_site.pdbx_PDB_model_num to ihm_model_list #42

For I/H models with atomistic representations, the _atom_site.pdbx_PDB_model_num data item needs to be linked to the ihm_model_list category.

This has been addressed via the addition of a new data item, _atom_site.ihm_model_id, to the IHM dictionary.
