Removed options that should be reintegrated into fheroes2.
Can be implemented without being an option, as the player can simply ignore the feature to have the same experience as the original game.

heroes: can choose any of primary skills in Arena
This option is very interesting, I wonder why it is not automatically integrated into the original game.
The power of knowledge should not be underestimated, and in addition the graphic is already present in the game files.
This option is related to "The Price of Loyalty" expansion.
Folders and files from the expansion are necessary.

This can be implemented directly in fheroes2.
