I suggest to display the number of built marketplaces out of the total number of marketplaces to have the best exchange rate (where the red arrow indicates, in small big font).

For example:

"12/10"

Note: The number of Marketplaces built can be higher than the number of Marketplaces needed to have the best exchange rate.

In fheroes2:

I also suggest to add a right clic information window for the numbers displayed.
The yellow title and text could be:

"Marketplace

Indicates the number of Marketplaces you have built, as well as the number of Marketplaces needed to get the best exchange rate."
