Comments on scaffolded x/module-name/module.go generated incorrectly

Describe the bug

All comments on scaffolded x/module-name/module.go file refer to the module as capability. This can be seen here in SPN. It is present in all of the scaffolded modules for our project. I can also recreate this with a new chain.

The word "capability" just needs to be replaced with whatever the module name is.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Scaffold a new chain and inspect the x/module-name/module.go file
