Evaluation Criteria

The evaluation criteria of EGOH were developed to select projects that will make the difference in Brazil and teams that are able to take these ideas from paper.

Criteria per phase

During each phase, participating teams will be judged using a combination of criteria that assess both the potential and quality of the project and the team's ability to execute.

Description of the criteria

Grupo Critério Descrição
Quality Impact The project addresses a problem that affects a large number of people or a specific community. The project has a relevant impact on the blockchain community.
Quality Innovation The project is innovative, in terms of technology or business model. The project addresses a Brazilian problem in a different way.
Quality Viability The project is financially sustainable and operationally viable in the blockchain reality. The project can be replicated on a large scale.

Quality

Prototype The project has a functional and usable prototype in the current state.
Execution Capacity The team is diverse in terms of skills and has the technical ability to make the project happen. The team has deep knowledge of the problem and the solution.
Execution Engagement The team used the resources of EGOH (mentoring, workshops and activities) and met the deadlines of the Hackathon. The team was able to develop and refine their project during the Hackathon.
Execution EOS The team is clear on how the development phase and the EGOH award will be used for the project.

Execution

Communication The team articulated their ideas clearly and effectively.
