The official package for Firefox is still version 4.5.6 from January. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/addon/instagram_download/

I did install the addon locally via about:debugging -> This Firefox -> Temporary Extensions and it works was expected after the latest patches about the filename.
