Show dates for "I've played it"/wishlist/unwishlist of games #1124

When the user marks a game as played, it's stored with a date, but that date isn't shown anywhere.

The date should be shown in two places:

Next to the checkboxes on the game page.
In the playlist page: https://ifdb.org/playlist
