Reporting single-quoted multi-line strings

The following program return the correct error but at the wrong line:

hello : String
hello = "
    hello
    "

main : IO ()

The error is reported as

Error: Multi-line string is expected to begin with """.

 hello : String
 hello = "
   hello
 "
 main : IO ()
 ^

but should be reported as

Error: Multi-line string is expected to begin with """.

 hello : String
 hello = "
         ^
