couchsurfing-python - with hangouts

This is an improvement upon nderkach's couchsurfing-python, with support for hangouts API.

some of the new functions:

• Retrieve available hangouts:

     api.get_hangouts()
  

• Request to hangout with someone:

      request_hangout(userID)
  

There is also an exemplary main inlcuded, which filters the available users to fit in a certain age, and sends then a hangout request.

• Get the references of someone else::

    api.get_references(userID, type)
  

• Get events in some place::

    # you can get lat/lng from google geocoding api
  

• Get hosts in some place::

    api.get_hosts((place_name="Madrid, Spain",
