I can not find fairseq-preprocess file , what is the meaning in data pre-processing phase

The position of the fairseq-preprocess file is the "https://github.com/ictnlp/DST/blob/main/fairseq_cli/preprocess.py". The purpose of the data preprocessing stage is to process bilingual parallel corpora to obtain vocabulary files and corresponding binary files for the corpora, which conform to fairseq's data interface.
