We need to be able to customise how state is calculated
Some sort of processes needs to be attached to a Room that will calculate the state of the game based on the messages
For example, maybe random tokens appear for clients in a Room that they can collect. The state of these might be generated at random intervals on the server side and notifications for which, broadcasted to clients
