Everything is ok, but sms not sent... Each time it says 'failed'. If i press on message it will send it...

In other gateway app which i tried problem was that they try to send sms with 'delivery report'(in my country such thing cost 0,1eur and sms without delivery report cost 0eur) maybe there is function to disable delivery report?
