Design new recipe that uses watsonx.ai to have TJBot tell a story

The idea is to ask the user to answer 4 or 5 questions (e.g. madlibs-style "give me an adjective" or "tell me a girl's name") and then fill in a pre-written story prompt that we fill in with the user's answer, call out to watsonx.ai to generate the story, and then read it back to the user.
