Docker and many of the products in its ecosystem are written in golang. We've seen projects changing very quickly and since they have no POWER resources we are fixing issues in multiple projects as they're hit.

@sunkewei Kevin, consider adding golang support to the build analyzer and managed runtime environment.

@clnperez FYI, there are code drops related to golang now. You may want to give it a try again.
