Description:
Ecoevolity is a software package for Bayesian inference of simultaneous evolutionary events, including population divergences and/or changes in effective population size. It uses full likelihoods and is designed for genomic data.
Ecoevolity can be run on any platform that has Docker installed. Compiling ecoevolity from source requires CMake and a modern-sh C++ compiler (one that supports the C++11 standard). Compiling "out of the box" is supported for Linux and Mac.
If you want to run ecoevolity on your own machine at the bazaar, I recommend having Docker installed. More information about installing ecoevolity can be found at http://phyletica.org/ecoevolity/installation.
