Hi, I am trying to use the sanger2fastq.pl script to convert some files, however I am running into an issue. I have edited the lines to match the order of columns in the .anc files I am using. It runs all the way through to the step where it reads the quality files, where I get the following error:
Use of uninitialized value within %header_hash in pattern match (m//) at sanger2fastq.pl line 103, <IN_QUAL> chunk nnnnnnnnnn
Where nnnnnnn represents a large number, it prints the above error out over a million times for my data. Thanks for any information or insight, it is appreciated!
