statistical analysis, image understanding, selection criteria

Hi, Hyunhwan. I have a issue with output of statistical analysis. For the ma.polt.png files, it showed black dots and red dots. My plot showed many red dots. I am wondering is there a way to display the name of TE in plot image.

Also, I am confusing how the red dot(differential expressed TE) on plot are selected from all TE? what is the selection criteria? like padj<0.05? And how can I found these differential expressed TE(red dots) in the result excel file?
