Summary
As a DAO user I would like to be able to have the Admin Badge and then be able to change the configuration settings on

• Create a DAO specific Admin Badge
• Badge holder should have the right to change config settings on https://dao.hypha.earth/hypha/configuration

@n13 @sceenius Thinking if we should have more restrictions here, e.g. there needs to be at least 3 admins (to keep it somewhat decentralised). Otherwise 1 admin could change the voting period to 1h and 10% unity and then put up a harmful proposal?

I think multi-sig for config settings is a great idea, but not top urgent. Let's add to wishlist.
