DB and DBSession to handle cluster config changes dynamically #26

When the server cluster is reconfigured, for example

server added or removed
server URLs changes
server certificate changes

The SDK should handle these seamlessly by re-fetching the server config and rebuilding the replica set, the sig verifier, etc.
