Once Go-Jose has Chacha20/Poly1035 support, create the UnPack interface and implementation for Anoncrypt using this new addition as per the new standardized JWE format in this Aries-rfc issue:
hyperledger/aries-rfcs#133

and following the UnPack spec for Anoncrypt (disregard format from this RFC):
