Selected Hyperion instance isn't running

Bug report

Alpha 11 fresh install , when i go on the web ui it says 'ERROR Selected Hyperion instance isn't running' and i can't press anything or do anything.

i was using this file to install it on a rpi3
Hyperion-2.0.0-alpha.11-Linux-armv7l.deb

Steps to reproduce

i reinstalled it 4 times with the exact same result .

now i deleted this element '

' from the page and i can navigate the menus but everything is empty .
