Added signal/synthesis offset and code is now signed by my key

Code is now signed, switched from scale to offset to separate signal from sysnthesis

Adding FFT transform

This release brings in the fast Fourier transform. Users can now compare the Correlation Fourier Transform to the Fast Fourier Transform to see the improvement of both accuracy and speed. Next up will be frequency filtering with the FFT (high pass, low pass filters)
