using updated gohugo with last version of the theme,
if you check this page https://www.curare-emorroidi.it/ with one amp navigator you will get 'The mandatory text inside tag 'head > style[amp-boilerplate]' is missing or incorrect.'

but if i check this webpage https://themes.gohugo.io/theme/hugo-lamp/ , the amp validator pass. i didn't make any editing in the theme.

Someone can help me, please?

the problem looks created by the --minify cli options of hugo , because now i republished the website without minification and the problem expaired.
i will make some other tests

@andreabisello I faced with this issue on Netlify hosting when run build hugo --minify on Netlify CI/Cd, it's work on other hosting.
