Have "status of preservation" in Uwazi with better flow and error reporting #352

It would be ideal to have a good "status of preservation" within both Uwazi and Preserve.

upon request of preservation, you store the URL and create an entity with the URL
you get the page title and store that
you can then do the screen capture or source code
then the more "specific" preservations like images or videos

Ideally, we could see in Uwazi that, for this particular entity, you were able to do steps 1, 2 and 3 and not go any further.

Also, report errors on what didn't go OK and, hopefully, some reason.

This should also be an issue in Uwazi.
