Student course profile for instructors

As an instructor, I want to keep track of things I've learned about students, so I can have better context for interacting with them.

Acceptance criteria

• Each student in each course has their own full-page view
• The route is based on the course number and students' github id?
• Page includes student's name, Github link, email and other info from their row from student progress dashboard
• The page includes a notes field and a notes edit button
• Notes display as HTML, edit as markdown (change to full screen edit view like for courses)
• Instructors for that course can edit notes
• Link from student progress dashboard (and maybe course edit page?) to student page
