Describe the enhancement you'd like

I use Docsify, which specifically relies on ' quotes (eg. [link](target ':include:')). MDFormat reformats this to ":include", which breaks Docsify.

I don't see any way to change this behavior / disable this formatting.

I'll understand if as part of being an opinionated formatter, this is a not a feature that can be supported. In this case, please just let me know and close the issue 😃

Does this solve a specific problem?

Never mind, it looks like Docsify considers this 🐛 and they're fixing it. Closing this issue!
