The error seems to indicate that your network is intercepting a traffic and sending it to a different site, such as the case when you access WiFi in a hotel, etc.
Or perhaps the SSL implementation in your JRE is too old?
In either case, nothing we can do in this library.
I use Jenkins via HTTPS with self-signed certificate - maybe it's related to
